For a Warm Chai Latte: Simply mix one part of chai concentrate with one of milk or milk substitute and steam it for a warm chai latte.

For Iced Chai Latte: In a 16 oz cup add 6 oz of ice + 6 oz of  milk/milk subistitute and fill it up with the chai concentrate & serve cold.

For Dirty Chai: Mix one part of milk/milk substitute with one part of chai concentrate and one part of espresso.
