Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. 1. Aahaa chai primarily ships through USPS or UPS.
   2. Aahaa chai shipping requires 1-3 days of preparation and 2-5 days to ship.
   3. We offer a FLAT Shipping fees for all domestic orders for non-perishable items. Please check the item description for more detailed information.
   4. For orders totaling above $50 may be eligible for free domestic shipping with coupons.
   5. For shipping to non-contiguous US states or other countries please contact us through this link
   6. We would gladly replace any damage that occurs during shipping. If damage has occurred, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving, and must have a photo of the broken product.
   7. Chai concentrates and perishable items are NOT returnable or refundable.
   8. Shipping costs is nonrefundable.
