Our fast-growing business is in need of a motivated and passionate sales team member who will be actively involved in outside sales to spread the love for chai and fuel growth. Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and increase new customer accounts using grass root and creative marketing strategies
• Set weekly & monthly sales goals and passionately work towards meeting and exceeding sales goal.
• Approach prospective clients through email, face to face meetings and/or social media to meet sales target
• Identify new markets and avenues for product placement
• Maintain customer accounts: Communicate regularly with clients, address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitoring client communication and promptly responding to calls and emails.
• Ability to use social media platforms to promote products, increase customer visibility and brand management
• Identifying new events/platforms to spread and share the “Aahaa” experience
• Help with vending at events/farmers market

Position 2: Farmers Market Associate

Full Job Description

The prospective staff will be primarily responsible for setting up the farmer’s market booth for the day, checking customers out and assisting with their purchases, as well as answering any questions about the produce or the store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Picking up supplies from warehouse and setting up the farmer’s market booth for the day in an efficient manner
  • Efficient in preparing hot or cold beverages based on customer needs
  • Assisting customers with their purchases and restocking the products on display
  • Taking pre-orders and creating a healthy relationship with the customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the booth
  • Complete the end of the marketing accounting
