Returns and Refund Policy

1. We would gladly replace any damage that occurs during shipping. If damage has occurred, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving, and must have a photo of the broken product.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
2. Chai concentrates and perishable items are NOT returnable or refundable.
3. Shipping costs is nonrefundable.
